We’re Back!

Refurbishment Works to our Meeting Room are Complete (well almost)...

Meetings Can Resume

Well, it’s been a long time coming but the announcement below confirms that the work on the upstairs room at the Novers Park Community Association is complete (well very nearly) and the room is once again available for use.

On 9 January 2025 a few of us who were present at the Novers Park Community Association for our formal monthly meeting checked the upstairs room and found it to be complete with the exception of:

  • The aforementioned Ladies toilets, and
  • Carpet in the lower of the two “rooms”

Now that our room is once again available we can resume a formal monthly meeting. The following calendar is proposed:

  • February: 06/02/2025
  • March: 13/03/2025 (Note this is the second Thursday)
  • April: 03/04/2025
  • May: 01/05/2025
  • June: 05/06/2025
  • July: 03/07/2025
  • August: 07/08/2025
  • September: 04/09/2025
  • October: 23/10/2025 (Note this is the fourth Thursday and will be our AGM)
  • November: 06/11/2025
  • December: 04/12/2025

I would like to welcome as many members as possible in person to the new Club room on Thursday 6 February 2025. We have to make some plans for the content of the formal monthly meetings as well as things like planning an antenna working party. People will need to be prepared to take ownership of some tasks. There will be no Zoom for the February meeting, we still have a few wrinkles to iron out in that regard.

Remember: We also have a number of Special Events and Contests planned for 2025 which will have briefing or planning sessions ahead of them held as part of the formal monthly meeting, as follows:
