The Club has transferred it’s photo archives which currently amount to around 500 images to Flickr.
For various historic reasons a lot of these earlier images have been rather savagely downsized for inclusion in the Club website whilst maintaining reasonable page loading speeds and also to keep archive file sizes down so that they wouldn’t count against our limited Cloud File Storage.
Moving forward we will probably keep to an image size of 2160 pixels tall x a maximum width of 3840 pixels or as set by the original photos aspect ratio. Images less than 2160 pixels tall will not be resized.
