Introduction
You know how this sort of thing starts. Well it was much the same for us. One evening up at the Club a few of us were sat around after one or other of our educational talks and lessons and all of the other things we like to run as a Club and the discussion turned to kites and antennas
After a little bit of debate Henryk (M0HTB) decided that his new "lifting sled" kite would make a good platform for a long wire antenna and so plans were laid for a Sunday trip to Durdham Down with a portable station to see how things worked.
